VOCOLLECT UNVEILS NEXT-GENERATION VOICE APPLICATION ON OPEN SOURCE PLATFORM TO BOOST DC PERFORMANCE

Pittsburgh, USA and London, UK; 9 May 2007 – Vocollect, Inc., the world leader in Voice-Directed Work, today unveiled VoiceLink 3.0, the first voice software application that combines open source technology – the Vocollect Voice Integration Platform – with industry-leading voice applications to deliver a complete offering that drives improvement for both distribution center (DC) and IT operations around the world. 

VoiceLink 3.0 operates on the new Vocollect Voice Integration Platform, which allows Vocollect Voice applications to fit easily and cleanly within an enterprise-wide information technology (IT) strategy, delivering an entirely new level of customer configurability with a fully interactive interface.
