Warranty and Support Plans

Vocollect hardware products are covered by a standard, one-year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects. Additional support plans are available to supplement this warranty and provide long-term maintenance for the product. Software support plans are also available to cover software upgrades to both Talkman management and application software.

One of Vocollect's unique support plans is the Depot Express Plan. Hardware support under this plan includes guaranteed overnight replacement of all covered items six days a week (excluding Sundays).
